Infinite Solutions: IT Provision in Consumer
and Business Markets
Infinite Solutions came to A Looking Glass asking us to
help them establish themselves as the primary source of
technical products, services and support in the BVI. We
were also charged with raising consumer market sales by
10% in a 6 month period.
A Looking Glass’ solution was to define a communications
strategy that would help Infinite Solutions create a corporate
identity and in turn create brand recognition and equity.
In the first phase of the campaign we:
• Invented a catchy new slogan that
defined the business
and its core values.
• Devised a 6 month media campaign aimed at the
IT buying
demographic and injected a little humor
into it to make it
stand out from the crowd.
• Positioned Infinite Solutions in front of a
targeted audience
by arranging a booth at the BVI Chamber
of
Commerce and Hotel Association’s
BuyBVI trade show
(2000+ visitors annually).
• Sourced quality point-of-sales materials designed
to have
maximum impact on customers, branded with
Infinite
Solutions’ logo.
The second phase of the campaign will remain focused on
the consumer market but will also involve business-to-business
marketing.
